You agree not to gather information, or assist in the gathering of information, for the intent of a system penetration, or upload to InnotekDirect.

You agree not to penetrate or assist in the penetration of InnotekDirect and its affiliates, or send through InnotekDirect, or cause to have InnotekDirect host or distribute any Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, other harmful code, pinging, flooding, mail bombing or denial-of-service attacks.

You agree not to, or assist in any way to, disrupt the use of, or interfere with, the ability of others to effectively use a InnotekDirect service or any connected network, system, service or equipment.

VIOLATION of the TERMS OF USE
You understand and agree that in InnotekDirect's sole discretion, and without prior notice, InnotekDirect, if it believes you have violated any portion of this Terms of Use agreement, any law associated with the use, copyright, trademark, patents, whatsoever, may report such to the proper authority and jurisdiction. InnotekDirect may in its sole discretion release any user information if required by law, subpoena, or to otherwise address any unlawful and or harmful activity.

This site is operated by InnotekDirect, the parent company being a Colorado corporation. If there is any dispute about or involving the site, by using the site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Colorado, County of Jefferson.

INDEMNIFICATION

Any law or regulation that provides that the language of a contract shall be construed against the drafter shall not apply to this Agreement. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the state of Colorado. If local laws prohibit your participation in any part of the 501Webs service, or use of them, then you are responsible for complying with such laws and the terms of this Agreement.

The section titles in this Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, then such a provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
